Dear PCA families, staff, alumni, and friends,
Our God is faithful from the beginning to the end. He is our fortress, our refuge in times of uncertainties. He is the One who gave birth to the PCA ministry 39 years ago.
Since October 2007, a group of faithful staff, parents, students, alumni and friends of PCA have stand up to the challenge of taking responsibility for this important ministry. With your prayer and support, this group of faithful servants has continued to grow and to serve PCA in different capacities. To date, we already have over 250 students registered for the next school year.
Our landlord is committed to get our zoning finalized, and the capable lawyers have done very well in defending our case. The PCA Board continues to work diligently towards getting an extension at the current site, finding alternative sites in the close proximity of the current site, raising funds for the Renfrew site, and preparing for commencement of construction when the zoning is finalized.
May our Lord receive all the glory!
Changes in PCA Board of Directors
It is with regret that we announce the resignation of George Gooderham and Steven Wong from the PCA Board. The Board of Directors would like to thank George and Steven for their faithful service during the time they served on the Board. We look forward to work with George and Steven to serve the school in different capacity.
We are happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin Yan to serve on the PCA Board effective immediately and up to the next AGM. The appointment is to fill the vacancy left by Steven’s departure. The PCA community is very familiar with Kevin Yan as he served on the Transition Team as Chair. Kevin was instrumental in establishing PCA Inc. and setting up the election of the new PCA Board in the Summer of 2008. As requested by the PCA Board, Kevin continues to represent PCA to liaise with PMI in the last couple of years. Kevin brought with him years of experience both from corporate and charitable organizations. You may reach Kevin at kyan (at) pca (dot) ca.
